How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain process flow charts, control plans, and PFMEAs.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead investigations into defects, test failures, and customer concerns.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions that support long-term quality improvements.
- Conduct process and product audits to ensure effective quality controls.
- Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Drive compliance with ISO 9001, CSA, ASME, ASTM, IEC, and IEEE quality standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve quality performance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
