Maintenance Engineer

The opportunity:

This position offers the opportunity to work on preventive maintenance programs, equipment improvements, and new machine installation projects while contributing to productivity, quality, and operational excellence across production lines.

How do you make impact:

• Develop and execute the annual maintenance plan, including budget preparation and cost control.
• Review and manage spare parts inventory, including critical spare parts, to ensure machine readiness and maintenance efficiency.
• Monitor the implementation of daily machine inspection checklists and ensure compliance by production operators.
• Support new equipment investment projects by preparing specifications, budgeting, and participating in equipment design and selection activities.
• Prepare operating instructions and provide training to operators when new machines or equipment are introduced.
• Collaborate with production teams to design fixtures, kitting solutions, and process improvements that enhance productivity and product quality.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize machine downtime across all production lines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Your background:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing operations, or production support is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
