Job Description

GlobalLogic (a Hitachi Group company) takes the opportunity to partner with a leading global threat intelligence platform to design and deliver an enterprise-scale, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AI agent platform. The initiative focuses on accelerating expert analyst decision-making by augmenting complex threat intelligence workflows with cutting-edge generative and agentic AI systems.

Requirements

Essential qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating at a mid or senior level in business analysis, process design, or technical systems analysis.
• Proven ability to break down analyst workflows into deterministic decision points, decision trees, and logic flows.
• Hands-on experience developing taxonomy structures and classification schemas in collaboration with domain experts.
• Experience coordinating data labeling workflows and curating golden-set datasets for quality assurance or machine learning evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous expert knowledge into precise functional specifications.

Desirable qualifications

• Familiarity with LLM application lifecycles, few-shot prompting concepts, and AI evaluation metrics.
• Domain familiarity with alert triage, risk scoring, threat intelligence, fraud detection, or investigative workflows.
• Hands-on experience using data annotation platforms (e.g., Label Studio or Prodigy) or running SQL queries for dataset validation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the decomposition of complex analyst workflows into discrete decision points, rules, and triage logic for the POI agent.
• Collaborate directly with domain experts to define, refine, and standardize triage label taxonomies.
• Coordinate end-to-end data labeling initiatives, including authoring annotation guidelines, conducting label quality audits, and tracking throughput.
• Curate and maintain high-quality golden datasets for agent evaluation, regression testing, and few-shot example selection.
• Provide ongoing business analysis and workflow alignment support across adjacent engineering, data, and platform tracks.
• Translate edge cases, user override feedback, and analyst observations into actionable requirements for continuous agent learning.
