How you will make an impact
Ensure the smooth integration of new manufacturing processes, including machinery, technologies, tooling, and equipment.
Conduct process capability studies, statistical analyses, and data-driven evaluations to support productivity targets and drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all manufacturing activities.
Identify and implement process control measures, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, to maintain consistent product quality.
Provide training and support to production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment, while establishing and monitoring ramp-up plans to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
Develop, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design & Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in process engineering.
Strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Knowledge of handling systems and tooling is an advantage.
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
