Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of power grid and energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with commercial awareness and experience working in international environments within the energy sector.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, facilitate communication, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project performance, KPIs, timelines, and costs, ensuring successful execution.
• Coordinate quality reviews, testing activities, and deliverable acceptance.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned and final handover.

Your Background

• 3-5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector, preferably involving power grids, high-voltage substations, or power transformers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working within structured processes and operational environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of international commercial practices and project environments.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM, SD, and Project Systems modules) is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
