Senior Data Scientist/Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist/ Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our customer identity architecture and machine learning platform. In this role, you will design advanced entity resolution systems, implement intelligent matching models, and build the foundational data spine that powers our customer master records.

Requirements

• You have deep technical expertise in record linkage, fuzzy matching, graph algorithms, and machine learning techniques for entity resolution.
• You bring hands-on experience building, operationalizing, and maintaining enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) or Customer 360 platforms.
• You are proficient in modern MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, feature stores, and automated model monitoring.
• You know how to define and track objective data quality standards, matching-confidence scores, and drift metrics in complex data landscapes.
• You ideally bring experience designing governed identity hierarchies and integrating resolved entities into centralized Golden Record layers.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and scale a reusable entity-resolution framework that combines deterministic rules, fuzzy matching, and machine learning.
• Build and refine our core customer-spine architecture and governed identity hierarchies to eliminate identity drift across source systems.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor probabilistic and model-based matching algorithms where standard business rules fall short.
• Establish rigorous matching-quality metrics, evaluation benchmarks, and continuous feedback loops to ensure high precision and recall.
• Seamlessly integrate resolved customer identities and Golden Layer records into enterprise data platforms and operational systems.
• Manage end-to-end MLOps workflows, pipeline orchestration, and feature stores to support scalable, production-grade identity models.
