Job Description

GlobalLogic is hiring enthusiastic freshers with a strong foundation in cloud technologies, networking, and Linux concepts to join our Technical Support team. The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical support.

• Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year)
• Work Location: Nagpur
• Work Model: Work from Office
• Shift Timings: 24/7 shifts

Mandate Skills :

• Networking Support or Basic understanding of Networking concepts, Linux along with a relevant Networking certification & Any Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud support concepts, including monitoring, logging, incident handling, and network troubleshooting fundamentals etc.

Requirements

• Freshers with a B.Tech (CS/IT),BCA, or MCA degree
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and ChatGPT, including prompt usage and automation basics. Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Must possess a Provisional Certificate and Graduation Marks Memo.
• Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 weekly offs).

Job Responsibilities

• Support customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve technical issues.
• Handle and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution. Troubleshoot cloud and product-related issues.
• Meet SLA/SLO targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Use cloud tools for debugging and root cause analysis.
• Document issues and solutions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams for escalations and issue resolution.
