Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) – Infrastructure / Platform
Job Description
- Port existing test suites, scripts, and Jenkins pipeline jobs to execute natively or via emulation on ARM hosts.
- Develop Python PyTest frameworks to validate core compute and kernel functionality under automated stress conditions.
- Implement and maintain QEMU emulation wrappers within build pipelines to enable rapid software verification.
- Debug test failures, build pipeline errors, and environment mismatches across architecture targets.
Requirements
- CI/CD Systems: Hands-on experience developing Jenkins shared libraries and Groovy pipeline scripts.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux environments, Docker/QEMU virtualization, and multi-architecture build scripts.
Job Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in test automation and pipeline development.
- Testing Frameworks: Mastery of Python and PyTest for complex system-level test automation.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely to be $140,000 to $150,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
