Job Description

Our customer operates an innovative, decentralized care model designed for patients with serious, complex, or high-risk illnesses. Rooted in the medical home model, the organization emphasizes coordinated, accessible, and continuous care led by primary care physicians, integrating medical, social, and behavioral health services to achieve comprehensive patient outcomes.

The project objective is to design, implement, and maintain robust end-to-end automation for modern web applications and API integrations across the customer's healthcare ecosystem. You will participate in developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and Cypress automation scripts to ensure high quality and patient data reliability.

Requirements

• Good JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge and basic experience with modern IDEs/Dev tools (e.g., VS Code, Chrome DevTools)
• General knowledge of operating systems, REST APIs, network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), and databases (SQL/NoSQL basics)
• Fundamental knowledge of QA tools and version control (Cypress, Mocha/Chai, Git)
• Eagerness to learn test automation, modern web testing patterns, and front-end frameworks
• Solid software testing fundamentals (test design techniques, boundary value analysis, test case creation, and clear bug reporting)
• At least intermediate English level (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Working closely with a Mentor on a production project
• Working with the automated end-to-end (E2E) test framework (written in JavaScript/TypeScript with Cypress) and maintaining/extending it
• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts for web applications
• Analyzing test failures, fixing broken Cypress tests, and submitting clear bug reports
• Monitoring CI/CD automation test runs and reporting results to the team
• Communicating effectively with team members and project stakeholders
